I'm Courtney "Cici" Garmhaus. 

 

If there’s one thing the aviation industry teaches you, it’s how to stay steady when the air gets choppy. My career started in one of the most volatile environments imaginable - a place where mergers, labor disputes, bankruptcies, and breaking news cycles can show up faster than a gate change at ATL. It turned out to be the perfect training ground for the work I do today: helping organizations navigate major transitions with clarity, confidence, and a whole lot less turbulence.

 

For more than twenty years, I’ve partnered with leaders across airlines, nonprofits, labor unions, PE-backed companies, and small businesses to tackle the moments that define an organization’s future.
